• Experience of top tier Essex Olympian League Football management with Level 2 coaching badges preferred.
• Managers who can bring an Assistant/Coach as part of their team preferred.
• Excellent player communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and operate in conjunction with the 1st team management.
• Must communicate and work with the Director of Football Development and Head Coach to ensure players from the EJA progress into the Seniors pathways for player progression.
