The recent FA Guidance on Safeguarding states that a Risk Assessment needs to be completed and recorded for every Training Session, Coaching Session or Match. This adds a lot of extra Administration for Managers and Coaches and Secretaries but if Football is to return, these are the conditions the Governing body have set out.

Risk Assessments can be completed on the day, before the session or match starts.

Players, Managers, Coaches or anyone in attendance of your session can complete a Self Assessment form for every session or match if they’re used to doing this to check in.

Covid-19 Self Assessment

If anyone in attendance is not completing a Self Assessment, the Lead Person can ask everyone in attendance if they’re experiencing any symptoms?

Anyone at your session experiencing symptoms should be asked to leave, get a Covid test and self isolate as per Government guidelines.

Data is held for 21 Days as per GDPR Policy.
