To all from Hutton FC
 
It is our sad duty to inform you that suddenly and tragically Jenny Kerwood on of our Ladies players died on the 16th of February after collapsing at training.
 
Jenny collapsed on the pitch during training and it was clear to our Hutton Managers and Coaches who were present that something was seriously wrong and an ambulance was called for.
 
Unfortunately and despite the huge effort and dedication shown by our own Hutton volunteers and the team of Paramedics Jenny could not be revived and passed away a short time later at Queens Hospital.
 
As a mark of respect to Jenny an incredibly sweet girl who loved her football all the ladies matches were cancelled for the weekend following.
 
I'm sure you will all join me in a moments thought for Jenny's family after the tragic events of the 16th - I cannot even begin to think how they must be feeling.
 
I know we are all passionate about our game but I'm sure you will all understand how events like this put everything very much into perspective.
